A while back the battery back-up went out and now i'm having trouble reprogramming the board. If anyone can help shed light on my dark board, I'ld appreciate it.

It lost all the presets and fixture profile library. Then when I tried to load the fixture profiles, it went completely blank. I can't even access the menu any longer.

Send me an email with your contact info and I'll help you reload the software as well as supply you with the latest fixture library.

I need you to identify the software version on your Magic 260. You can find this info by removing the third rotary wheel. Underneath you'll see an EPROM which has the info, it should be anywhere between 1.01 thru 1.06
