We just bought a bunch of new LED par cans and chauvet LED light strips and a brand new DMX operator pro to run them. We hung all the lights, ran new DMX cables to all fixtures, terminated the signal at the last fixture, programmed the addresses as per the instruction manual, turned on the light board and ran into a problem. Only fader number 4 works! No matter how many fixtures we turn on or off, fader number 4 is the only one that controls the lights. It will run the LEDs through all their colors and strobes but nothing else works on the board. Does that make sense? We've tried every troubleshooting thing we could think of and still we have the same problem. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am not sure how to assist you with the Chauvet fixture but you have to make sure you know what channel mode you have it on. The Operator is a 16 channel controller so if you are using the left side of the controller and have it set to the correct address corresponding with the correct scanner number, the sliders should be able to control it.
