Hi all, first post on this site, i running the dmx op pro and i was told from the dealer that i can use a compact flash card (buffalo rcf-x)which is formatted to FAT, I did this and it didnt play the game, any feed back would be great.

Unfortunately the Dmx Operator Pro will not work with just any CF card, it requires a proprietary card made by Elation. Please call 800-322-6337 to place an order for this card.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I just got off the phone with one of the dealers that suppy that console and they tell me again that a card from the local electronics store formatted to FAT will work ok, I bought 2 of these cards in faith, should the dealer refund me the cost of these cards I bought.

The cards formated to FAT only work with Showdesigner 2 and 3.
DMX operator Pro, DMX programmer and DR-512 use propriotary cards. You should be able to print this out and send it to your dealer so he can order you the correct card from us.

Hi, thanks again for your reply, im in Japan at the moment and if i printed this out they would not be able to make head or tail of it, they are telling people that a formatted CF card works, I will call them again tomorrow and inform them that this is not correct, sound house in Japan have been good in the past so this must be a case of lost in translation, if they keep on about it being able to be done i will send them the two cards for them to format for me and go from there. cheers, oh another q is power spot 250, is there a PDF on where to oil it and where not to??

I will let the Elation sales guy for SoundHouse talk to them about it.
Regarding oiling.... not in any manual.
