hey, my name is tony. i work with archibald lighting, we just bought elation compu 1024. running compu 2006. the problem is, the program keeps shutting down. in the middle of shows, in programming. it shut down on me 5 times in ten minutes. i send the dump files to where they need to go and to microsoft. i have installed the drivers and software on 3 seperate computers and the same results. main computer is less than a year old. gateway. dual core processor, 1 gb ram, 80 gb hd. 512 mb video card. originally had vista premium, ran and shut down, changed os to xp service pack 3 and still same results.
what can i do to make this work...
im am ready to send it back to full compass in middleton, wi and pay more to buy the leviton axis. it is very annoying. i like the program and want to keep it. but i work with a semi pro band (Madison county) and every thing needs to be correct, and CANNOT have it shut down... how can i fix this please.
thank you

hmm weird. Try installing a previous version such as the October 2007 version. We also should be releasing a updated version sometime soon but I can't say for sure when. Also are you running anything else on this computer? Or is it connected to the net while it is running? Thanks. Sincerely,

go to products> compu live software> downloads> then get the version at the very top of the list. It might not be the 06 software but it should work. Let me know. I have maybe a few things for you to try. Sincerely,
