Elation DMX Operator with Par64 and Moving head

Dear Tech, I need help.
I have built the scene for 4 Par64 LED RGB with different color into 8 scene. Plus each scene, I have added the movement for Moving Head LED lights. Par64 were on Fixture 1 to 4 and Moving heads were on Fixtrue 5 and 6. After that I added those scenes to Chase 1.
When I RAN the chase 1, with Fader all the way down, the Par64 flashing on-off each color as I expected, but the Moving heads were moving so fast. I turn the fader up and speed down to slow the Moving Heads. They were OK as I wanted but the Par64 was affected with the fader, they did not turn on and off sharply. My question is how to make the Moving Heads slow down while the Par64 are not effected ? Thanks.
Another question about Elation Scene Setter Lighting Controller.
I think I need to control more fixture, this one should be the one. Thing is I am not familiar with this. My application is to control 16 par 64 (conventional light, 300W bulb)
16 Par 64 LED RGB, 4 LED wash lights, 8 Moving Head lights and few laser lights. Is this control easy to program for indiviually light? I wish to program the Moving Head and Par 64 seperately without effecting the master fader and speed.
Thank you so much!
True

Hi True. Welcome to the forums. The DMX operator's Speed and Fade times apply for every channels that is being used on the controller. There is no way around it to get the movers to be a different speed over the pars. To do this you will need either a Computer Lighting control software like our Compu Show software and interface or step up too a Show Designer Series console.

Thanks jingles. I think I have to use the Show Designer 2 or 3 or use the Computer Show software.

The compu show software is really nice. tons of features that are not in most hardware consoles.

Thanks jingles. I have another question. With your experience, which one is easy to control when you do a live show, console or computer?
I am used to with the console. With the Console I can use the Moving heads as the Follow spot for singers. I saw on the web site of Guitar Center, they sell the Show Design 2 for $1400.00. Wish, someone wants to update to Design 3 and sell the Design 2 for me. Smiler

I've only ever used Computer Software live. It's what I know and love. and yes with computer software you can use a mover as a spotlight. You can even use a USB joystick if you want.

We don't post prices on the forums really and I am not sales. you'll have to contact a local elation dealer. If you can't find one let me know I can help you find one. Also any USB joystick is usually around 30-50 usually.

Check out this link 'http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826102203'. I think some of it has prices around $12.00 or $32.99.
