Hey,

The manual says something about a special usp thumbdrive with an app on it.
Problem is that the distributor in Toronto doesn't seem to have hear of it.

So, how do get the backup app? I imagine it's a librarian of sorts also. Or should be.

Is there another way to back up this unit?

The operator pro 192 is actually a ADJ unit. you will need to call or post this question to the adj boards/tech support line.

The thumb drive you are looking for is the USB Stick. You can contact Sounds Distribution who is our reps in Canada and they can get that for you. Their number is 416-299-0665.

You don't need the software on the stick. It's available via the AmericanDJ website.
