Hi Folks,

I just bought 3 new fixtures. There’s no .ssl for them in the internal or internet pool. I’m gonna try to create them but as a newbie, but I would really appreciate it if one of you masters out there has them already or could create them for me. Smiler Here they are:

CHAUVET COLORpalette (LED-PALLET)
http://www.chauvetlighting.com/system/pdfs/colorpalette_dmx_values.pdf

American DJ Mega Flash DMX
http://www.americandj.com/pdffiles/Mega%20Flash%20DMX-JAN2005.pdf

And, I'm plugging my Starball II into a dmx dimmer. It's really just an on/off sort of device. Can you point me to a generic .SSL with ON/OFF.

Thanks!

Los

Hey los jingles again!! lol hey man i was about to tackle the palette in a day or so. what channel configuration are you gonna be runnin it in? as far as the strobe shoudn't be too hard maybe i think about 2 channels. also i thought there was a profile for the mega flash already. i will check. for the single channel just use a generic dimmer profile should work good i think. will get back to ya about the chauvet profile a lil later i'm working on a different profile already for chauvet. peace! jingles.

Hi James,

Thanks Man! Sorry for all the requests. I'll get the hang of this hopefully soon. For the color palettes, I haven't figured out what the configuration will be yet. I bought 8 of them and they'll be used to wash the band.

Hi James,

Thanks for doing this. My email address is carlos@cadence.com.

Also - did find the Mega Flash DMX - called Mega Strobe DMX in the profile library.

Hi James,

Thanks for the COLORpalette .SSL.

I've got to go off site for a bit but plan to test it out today.

Yea Man... I've got 8 of them to light up my band on stage (replacing my 8 PAR 56's).

And James - your profile works great. Thanks!
