James, I am just getting started and currently, all I have is two colorpallets and 3 three white spots. No intelligent lighting at this point. In your opinion what would be the best direction to go in for my next move.

Thanks in advance!
Mike

To be a litte more specific, I'm thinking in terms of intelligent lighting but I wonder what lights would give me the best results for the money. I realize they're pretty expensive so I would prefer to get some advice from someone who has the experience before making an investment.

Thanks in advance!
Mike

James, in the near future probably around 1-2k. Also, do you know of any stores in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that would carry the ones you suggest?

Thanks in advance!
Mike

hmmm at around 2,000 huh? Do you want LED lights? moving heads? Scanners? DJ effects? Let me know. for 2 grand i would say try to get maybe a pair of design spots for starters. If you go with ADJ your choices open up a bit more at that budget. But with elation we are a bit more expensive but all of our products are totally worth the money and you wont find a similar fixture at that price with the same features.
Sincerely,

Jerry I'm not finding your listing anywhere as A-1 Entertainment. What city are you in? Do you have a web site?

Thanks in advance!
