Hello chuck! welcome to the forums.
tell me what fixtures you have. also one thing to remember is that the op 192 has channel blocks of 16. so fixture button one will control all lights addressed between 1-16. and fixture button 2 will control 17-32. understand? if you do not have any fixtures that use pan and tilt then you don't need to assign them to the joystick. if you do let me know i can tell you how to do that. sincerely,

Can someone help?

I am a newbie and just purchased an Elation Operator 192. It seems very odd to me that this address info for the fixtures is NOT included in the documentation in the box. And it is NOT in the online/downloadable user's manual? What else is missing?

Is there a set of complete documentation for the Operator 192 anywhere?

No there is no documentation for addressing fixtures with the dmx op 192. But if you take 192(total number of channels avail) and divide that by 12 (fixture buttons) you get 16 correct? So the dmx op must block fixtures in 16's. So your 1st fixture button will control channels 1-16. 2nd fixture button controls 17-32, etc. You really need to download both items in our DMX 101 section. They will both help you out.
