I hooked my Tripleflex Led up to my DMX Operator and I am unable to set the light to sound active mode via the dmx controller. Does anyone know how to change the light from a 9 channle dmx mode to a 4 channel dmx mode?

DJ Saber, Welcome to the forums. there is only a sound active function in 4 channel mode.
And to get the fixture in 4 channel mode here is a exert from the manual on page 9.
"CHND - This will let select your desired DMX mode.
1. Tap the either the MENU button until “CHND” is displayed, press ENTER. Either “4CH”, or “9CH” will be displayed
2. Tap the UP or DOWN buttons to choose your desired DMX mode and press ENTER to confirm and exit."
