I just got my DOP and its a great board except for one thing, I havent found a way to use any type of flash feature where I can press a button to go full on on channels 1-6. I used to use a Behringer (sp) 24 channel board that had two banks of 12 slides each and then a button at the bottom that would make r g or b go full on as well as strobe effect and sound to light.Is there any way to make these same kind of effects happen on my operator or am I strictly stuck with scenes and faders? Sorry for the long winded question but Im still new to this and want to make sure Im understood. Thanks in advance!

Your understanding of the DMX Operator is spot on. I guess in a strang way, congratulations on summing up this super fast.

With 240 scenes though, you might be able to make some "flash scenes".
