I have a 4 piece set, I have ddrum triggers going into an Alesis DM5 out via midi to a Dmx operator then to Par 64 Led lights. I hit the drum the light comes on, great! But I just want the light to come on for a second when I hit the drum. It stays on until it is hit again.
Anyone know how to get a just a quick burst of light from a drum hit?

this wont' be possible with DMX operator

what you require is one of two things.
1. a bump button, which the DMX operator does not have.
2. a 2 step chase that will not loop.

The chases in DMX operator loop so its not possible.
