hey all. i had an idea for adding a feature to the 3D visualizer on compuware. i was thinking adding a feature for the fog output in the window. instead of just 0-100% there could be a X and a Y selector. and both on at full would be equal to what we se now as fog output on 100%. my idea is X would control how much fog from back to front and Y would control how much fog from top to bottom. make sense. that way i could have heavy smoke goin in the background to see the back lighting effects full and the front would be on low so that way u don't see ur wash beams hitting the stage. this make sense? let me know. peace! jingles.

here are two pics of what im talkin about but these two pics would be one pic. this is how it would look if it were like my idea. the back truss lights would be have that much smoke and the front washes would look like that with that smoke so combine the two pics. let me know if this is even possible. peace! jingles.

now here is a layover pic effect

I sent the request to the developers, if they can do it, they just might do it. If not, then it won't happen Frowner

NOPE! i talked to roberto at the sunlite booth and they can't do it. it is not possible. well they could but would need a super computer to do it. also a lil funny story about that is me and andrew the other winner in the WFX contest were at the booth simply to just look around and screw with the 2 design spot 575s they had and we got to talking with roberto and some guy had come up to roberto and asked him a question about the software and then he got a call and asked me to show the guy around on the software! so i did and andrew helped answer some midi questions and basically i think we sold the guy on it. lol i did also mention elation made the same thing through sunlite but cheaper. lol! peace! jingles.
