Hello

I am using compu to control some scanners and LED lights and it seems like after about 30mins of use or a short while of disuse... the computer is no longer talking to my lights and they are stuck at last position.

any ideas?????

what kind of computer and what os? also are u running the latest update? should be arpril 16th. peace. jingles. oh BTW. welcome to the forums.

Hi Jeremy,
Sounds like you have the screen saver set up.
When the screen saver kicks in, it disconects the USB interface.
Go to your power settings and screen saver, and turn everything off, so the computer is always on and does not sleep while you are running lights.

yeah i figured it out. actually it was switching to a windows media player window, with visualization ON, that would make it drop connection.

screensaver with basic marquee text doesnt do it though.

weird.
