i am considering the purchase of a DMX Operator 192 along with the FC-192 (foot controller)...
i play in a band which does not have someone to run the lights. so we want the capability of switching to a new bank for each song. within each bank, we want to be able to switch scenes... i was told that we can switch banks on the DMX Operator 192 and then use the FC-192 to navigate the scenes within each bank. is this correct? thanks! |

yes i believe that to be true. i believe you can switch between chasing your scenes to just playing them as a static scene. and you may also be able to access your chases you have programmed on the op. 192 aswell. if you need anything else ask. peace! jingles!

ok. thanks for letting me know...
could anyone recommend a lighting control console that is accompanied with a foot controller? i play in a band and would like to have a bank saved for each song. within each bank, i would like to have several scenes... we have no problem switching banks manually, on the board, between songs. but we need the ability to navigate scenes via foot controller. thanks! |

So is there a foot contoller that is compatable with the DMX Operator 192?
That was one of the features that encouraged me to buy the O192... |

I'm in the same situation. I understood any midi foot controller can do the job. My first attempt though didn't succeed. I need to experiment further. I would have hoped the initial settings on the foot controller would ( for the most part) pair up with the banks/scenes of the DMX Operator.
