I am a mobile dj and I just bought 2 design spot 250s and have the elation 192 dmx board. When I use the preset programs (using channel 16), the lights tend to point straight up most of the time as I usually just set them up high on their base. The problem is that I have no way to mount them upside down at gigs as they are usually at hotel ballrooms and it would be insane to do a full truss setup for 2 moving heads in order to get them upside down. Is there any way I can set parameters for pan and tilt so that the lights stay near the dancefloor area? I hope this makes sense.

This isn't possible, these are just basic internal programs.
You will have to sit and do some programs yourself.
