I have an idea I want to know if I hook lights in 2 different rooms in the same run can I network 2 computers and control the rooms from the 2 different computers as seperate rooms another words could control say 40 lights from computer 1 and then control say 8 lights from computer 2 and could you do them at the same time?
This might be just a suggestion. Why don't you make one run of lights and have one computer. Then you could record playbacks to only affect the lights in one room. For instance lights 1-5 are room one and lights 6-10 are room two.
If you are looking to control these rooms on your wifi network may I suggest you look at this website. It will allow you to control each room with your iPad or iPhone wirelessly.
Or, Room A: 1 computer running Emulation controlling lights in Room A+B. Also running remote-desktop-server. Room B: 1 computer running remote-desktop-client in order to control Emulation as well. This could also be a iPad.
