It seams like a few of the colors or off in the trackspot profile. I particularly remember the blue and red being switched. Is there an easy way for me to adjust this? or could you send over an updated personality file? Thank you

I will need a link to the proper DMX traits for the fixture then i will send the request out for a updated profile. Unfortunately we do not make the profiles in house just yet.

I also noticed that the manual says that in high resolution mode (which is how I operate my trackspots)that you should be able to get the gobos to rotate, although I am pretty sure I have adjusted all of the controls within the program and haven't been able to get the gobos to spin. Can you please let me know if I overlooked something, or if we can get an updated profile for the trackspot in the soon future? thanks

There is no mention of gobo rotate in the manual. Are you referring to the gobo wheel rotation? where the wheel scroll's through all the gobo's?

Yes, After re-reading the manuel I realized I was mistaken. The feature scrolls through gobos, but doesn't actually make the gobo itself rotate. Thanks
