Submittals must be turned in via e-mail to e3@elationlighting.com and received no later than July 31, 2007.

As far as getting help:
Contestants are each allowed to ask up to 30 minutes phone support or questions up to 300 words via email of technical support from Elation factory personnel on Compu Live software use. Contestants can also ask questions on our public user forum located on our web site for further help from other experienced users.

Hope this helps Jingles.....and good luck!

Are the 30 minutes and 300 words total or per conversation?
