Open the scanlibrary editor look for scanlibrary or scanlib.exe in the compu show folder. Once it is open click the moving head icon in the circle in the upper left of the window click open. Find your profile.
once it is open find the color channel and right click the color preset and select modify the preset. Then go to the color pinwheel icon and mix your color for the preset your editing. Then click OK. if you want to rename the name it gives you by default double click the text for the name. Let me know if this helps.
