C-Loader SD Card error

Hi Folks,

I have just received a C-Loader II so that I can update some SixBar 1000's and other fixtures as they come through the workshop.

The C-loader seems to work in all respects except that I get a SC-Card Error when i try and update the fixture.

I can see the SD card on the computer to drop the files onto it and I have tried various combinations of leaving the files in the zip folder to unzipping the folder and also putting the individual files at the root level but to no avail.

Card is formatted as FAT32 and I have even tried reformatting.

Any advice for this issue would be appreciated.
