I have 8 brand new dzspot250 pro units.

Yes when issued a lamp off command all units fans power off instantly. However, after 30 -45 seconds the fans will then turn back on (as if it's hitting a high temp and being told to cool the unit down) they run for approximately 20 seconds and shut off. This takes place several times however each time there is a longer wait time before the fans come back on.

It completely coincides with the build up of heat in the head. Even though the lamp is off the heat still builds and builds since everything is super hot and hasn't been able to cool since the fan shuts off instantly at lamp off command.

This happens for all of my fixtures. All slightly at different timings but not by much at all(again indicating the heat build up)

I feel this is an extremely poor design on the software side.... is there a software patch that I can load to correct this??
