Design Spot 250 Pro Service Manual needed

A bit of a shot in the dark but decided to ask here...

In the past (2011 or so), requests for service manuals would usually get a response of "Send me your email and I'll forward one to you".

Is that still possible today? I have two 250 Pros I need to revive for my church. (I already downloaded the User Manual...)

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
