Focus spot 250 Programming Problem

Thank you for letting me Join this Forum. I am new to the lighting community.
I am using a Pro Designer II. When I hook my focus spots at the end of my run the last light bar starts flashing, and when I program the lights into the controller I can get them to move (up, down, side to side) with 3 channels but get no response from the other channels (no lights). I have not tried a booster yet but don't know if that will help with the control of the light? Thank you for you time.
