Load show Error 2

Hi all, new here, and cant find an option to search the forums.

When trying to LOAD a show via serial it goes about half way the quits with my Show Designer 1 saying Error 2. All my saves have workd fine, and this is the first time ive needed to load a txt file. I'm pretty sure its going to be serial port setting somewhere, but i have done a desk software update and that went fine.
