Magic 260 deletes everything

Hello,

i have a strange problem with my magic260 controller: it deletes all the information (fixtures, scenes etc), which is in the memory, just from one switch off to the next switch on. even if i put all the fixture-dates again on the desk via ulink, i just need to switch off the magic two or three times, and after that, everything is lost again.
So please help me, caue i really need the magic260 to work with.
