MAGIC 260 SERIOUS FAILURE

Hello. I write hoping that someone can help me. I have a problem with my MAGIC260. Suddenly this as locked. No LED does not light, only blue screen and the first line of continuous full flashing screen 1 time per second. I already changed the external transformer, which leads to a technical service and reviewed the IC is input Voltage, all right. I think you should try replacing the lithium battery. If I can not that be the problem. On the other hand try plugging the USB cable, but nothing. It does nothing does not respond to any button or slider, or anything. Please help me .... If there is any procedure, please explain to me step by step. Many thanks before hand who can help me ... Have a happy day ....
