NX2 with hardware issue

Hello,

I have one NX2 and right now she show me a hardware error in console! Sometimes a window comes up on the top right corner saying, "The Device are remove to the system"! When that happens, I need to reset the console so it can work again. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
