Platinum 5r Spot Pro Extended Mode Issue

Hi, I am having a problem with 2 of our fixtures, the shutter in extended mode is having dmx issues with the strobe and pulse values. I believe its probably an out of date firmware issue, could one of you confirm this, and point me in the direction of the latest firmware upgrade as I can't find it in the firmware section of the forum.
