all our units are on 3.1.1 as far as I am aware, and all the 5r pros that I have tested all have the same problem. I have only just started working here, but have been tasked with sorting all the movers out. In extended mode the shutters are not receiving any DMX values for the strobe and pulse shutter attributes, but they are receiving for open, close and random strobe. Although in Basic and Standard mode all of the shutters attributes are working fine. From looking through the forum it seems that the beam extremes had the same problem and that a firmware update sorted the issues out. I don't believe our 5r spot pros have ever been updated.
