Selfmade Fixture (vbuilder/MacOsx) not shown in the fixtures libary in Emulation/HDD

hey folks,

i tried to create my first fixture for the ape lap "mobi light". every thing is fine and it is stored via vbuilder to my hdd BUT it is not shown in the path:user/Elation/Personalities/User and in the fixture libary in emulation.
where is the problem?
