that's what I'm confused about. The original profile was wrong, but sd sent me one that was right (with correct pan and tilt) and it made the shapes seem to try a little harder; but alas they still don't make it correctly, or smoothly. Is there a show designer 3 direct help line or does elation have support that in depth?
