Reply to "trouble loading sd3 profile from com port"

I have the same problem. Windows 7 Professional 32 bit OS. Tried install of SDBackup in XP mode and running as admin. I can load software to console so I know connection is good. But when i try fixture profile it quickly says the file is sent but console never responds. For now, I got a CF reader/writer on my USB and then move teh card to console.
