There are a couple of issues, but most are to do with how the profile was built and the way some of the channels have been implemented. E.G. the gobo selector is actually on a slider instead of being able to pick an actual gobo, and the build in programs/macros have been implemented the same way.

I thought I was also having a problem with the light once more than 1 was added, but I think it's how the lamp and dimmers have been implemented and my understanding of it.
The link says 404, I'll look into that, but the only way for me to figure out your version date from the exe is to re install, and im not going to do that. So if you could find the "?" and click about, the flash screen that appears will tell you the version date and then you can let me know.

i'll have a new profile for the spot duo in a few minutes here, what channel mode were you using?
What I would do is make a copy of your shw file just in case, then put the file in the chauvet library folder and then open the program, then go to page, settings, patch and remove the fixtures and navigate to the new file and add them back in, this should leave your scenes intact. Let me know, Remember make a copy in case it doesn't.
This is also why i tell customers to test their profiles before they start building their show. Thanks!
I added the new fixture profile to the scan library and did as you instructed; several things went wrong. I went to the patch manager, deleted the 2 fixtures and replaced them with the newer profile. When I clicked ok, I was asked, do I want to update the buttons, I selected yes. When I look at the fixture page, nothing has changed. My saved scenes are still listed, but when clicked, do nothing. I checked the DMX output windows and there is no DMX output.

For testing purposes, I added a new fixture using the new profile and the changes you added are present.

I restored my show file. Can you suggest anything else?
James,

I was able to find a way to import the saved scenes into a newly created fixture profile, however, I then discovered a problem with the new profile you created. The dimmer channel no longer has a slider for the dim level, its just on/off. Also the open shutter icon makes the lights strobe with no way to control the strobe rate. Could you take a look and see if there was a mix up.

Thanks
Ahh ya, sorry. Simply fix though, click the dimmer button to where it is active then hold shift while you right click and select show the dimmer fader, do that for both and it should be fine.
Let me know.

I'm looking into the best way to update a profile and implement it into the software without losing anything. ok? I'll try to have an answer soon.
