Changing DMX address

Hi NHNaz, yes you can change the addresses of the fixtures and all the scene and switches etc will update and follow. If you want, JUST to be safe, make a copy of your saved .shw file, or back it up somewhere. I always do this when I am implementing changes to my show. always have a back up.
It's very simple, click on the fixture page you want to change the addresses, then go to page tab, then settings, then patch, click on the small moving head icon and then drag around to your desired new address anywhere in the patch window and once your done hit OK.

However, now that you have shown me the patch manager, I decided to add another opti tri par light to an existing page that already contained 4. I added the fixture and everything was looking good. I clicked "ok" in the patch manager and was prompted if I wanted to update the auto-generated buttons. I clicked "yes" and the program crashed. I attempted this several times with the same result every time. If I clicked "no" to not update the auto-generated buttons, the program was ok but the auto-generated buttons won't control the added fixture. Any thoughts?

What release date are you on? I could send a new official version that we haven't posted yet from Dec 6th. We are going to post it in a few days anyways. Wanna try it?
