OK.... Now that I have the correct software "CompuShow Beta 2013" vice the CompuLive things seemed to be much better... All of the profiles I needed were available in some form or fashion and things worked nicely until I started futtsing with settings and playing with stuff and now I've got problems. Not major.... lights work just not the way I think they should based on how they did perform initially..
My issue (other than the chronic pain in the butt one) is while I can turn light on and off, I'll having a challenge changing the colors of the fixtures.... I used to be able to touch the color wheel/Palette and change colors dynamically --- (blue to red, red to yellow, yellow to purple, etc)
I've tried removing and reinstalling the software as well as the profiled fixtures but that didn't seem to solve my issue... I've certain this is a newbie/gumbie error I'm just at my wits end trying to figure it out!
Suggestions/recommendations.
