Hey Folks - 100% Novice that just purchased Elation Emulation DMX Control Software for our church who is trying to get ready for Easter, which is two weeks away. Nor, I or our Media Team can figure out this software, and all of us are at the novice stage.

Is there a Training Video that takes you step by step through the entire process? We're using the manual, and while we were able to figure out how to add individual lighting fixtures (i.e. Chauvet, etc..), we cannot figure out how to control the lights (or even how to turn them off...we had to cut the circuit breaker last night at 2am when we finally finished the install).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I'll let my media team know. Most likely we're going to have to call, though, as I have engineer on this team and he was stumped, and nothing stumps him.

Ultimately, at this point, we're probably not looking to use playbacks, although that would be fun to know, we'll probably need to setup in Groups and use some chase and manual control functions, along with the Wizard...but there is so much stuff on the display, I think it is just overwhelming us and with two weeks til Easter, we're a little stressed.

Think about Video Training for the future. Thanks.
It tells you how to create a cue or a step into a playback button. So if you create several cues or steps in one playback button that is your sequence. And if you created the sequence only using one light than that is all that will playback one that cue list is triggered for playback make sense? It is better to program the sequences on the go buttons with faders below them.
I'll be happy to answer any more questions if you any Robert. you can email me aswell.
