files not opening fully

When I save a file on my Mac Mini to a USB drive and then try and open it on my iMac the file won't fully open. Several cues are missing, cue pages missing, fixtures missing. All of the filters are off so everything should import/open. Both versions of emulation pro are the same.....what's up?????
