Hello

I have a much older Grey USB dmx dongle that originally came with Elation 2002, when it first came out. I since upgrade to 04 blue dongle which worked with 06 Compu Live software. Is there any driver to make the older grey dongle work with the newer software? What will it work with?

Is there a way to upgrade this unit to a new compu or emulator dongle?

The gray one will ONLY work with the 02 software. As far as i am aware there is no upgrade option for compu to emulation. Sales would be better suited to tell you.
