I have been using the software for about a year & happy with it & the great help you get here at the forums. I recently had my IMac go down & just purchased a new one. I installed the software as I had before & I hooked up the dongle & a single par 64 LED. I patched the light and I found out I had no control & after looking back in the manual I looked under Options>Hardware & the PCB version now says "none". Firmware Version "none".
I'm not sure if I have a software problem or a dongle cable problem. And advice would be great.
Thank you very much.
Kevin.

James,
When my main computer went down, I pulled out the CD & installed it on my Macbook. It loaded as usual but i could not get my 1 lamp to work. I didn't bother wit it as I knew I was getting a new IMac. Once I got the new computer I installed it as normal, patched in my light, and once again, had no control. It wasn't until this time I checked the Options>Hardware to see if it was working. To my disappointment it did not show it. I did try 3 times to uninstall, re-install, update & I tried all 3 extra usb ports on my computer with no success.
