how to reset the factory record code and to operate the DMX controller.

good day, pls help me. i have a problem about my DMX scene setter 24 channel. its a new thing for me to have an a DMX Controller. but i have s problem i cannot access it anymore the way i slide it on to turn on the lights won't work and also for the record factory code. last night i had a troubled on how to operate, but i forgot the new code for the record.
pls help me.. thanks a lot in advance.

Hello,

To reset the record code for the Scene Setter, you must hold down RECORD, EDIT and the HOLD button. As you are holding these buttons down, tap these button in this sequence, 5, 10, 15, and 20. This should reset the password.
