Im just going through the stock of our Six Bar's 1000's and 500's and realised that they are on a range of software from 1.16 to 1.18 - can I just download the update and how do I get it in the fixture? do I need to buy the updater E-LOADER III Software Uploader tool of is there a software option direct from Mac or PC? or through lighting desk perhaps? (I have a Chamsys PC Wing).
as one of the SixBars also won't light up until the menu button is stabbed on wake up then it'll operate reluctantly so Im hoping the software update will help.
Looking forward to your assistance on this.. UK based so if I need to rent/buy a E-LOADER III Software Uploader - where's best!
