Hi! Have an issue with EPAR tri lights. When I am in 3ch mode, they work perfectly. If I bump the light, they turn on and off very very quickly. However, if I put them in 6ch mode (5xxx), they are very slow to respond. Instead of turning on-off immediately, they would have a 1-2sec fade. I don’t find anything regarding a dads or dimmer curve in the manual.. any ideas how I can remove that? Thanks!

Hi, the revised manual has references to dimmer curve channels in a lot of the 3ch and 5ch modes and more, I would ensure these are not being used.

I have never seen this manual! Will give it a try but when I am in 3ch mode, it’s really RGB.. Not what’s shown in the link above…
