Magic 260 vs. Show Designer 3.

Dear Elation,

I normally use 2 of your consoles for different applications. the operator and the Show designer 3.

I have a Simple question:
Is the Magic 260 a smaller version of the Show Designer 3? does it use the same type of firmware, etc?

I am about to purchase another small DMX console, what should I get?
