non-warranty repair - dimmer | Elation Lighting Forums

DP-dmx20L stopped powering up. The four channel fuses are fine. Where would I send for repair? I'm in the Chicago area.

You can ship the unit to the American DJ service dept. located in Los Angeles, Ca.

Please call 800-322-6337 to obtain a return authorization number. (please have the serial number handy when calling.

I can't believe it. I had 10 dimmers scattered around a room (all Levitons, except for this one Elation) and a waiter chooses to spill a glass of water on this same dimmer that I had to get repaired 2 years ago. Elation is going to think I don't like them :-)
