I am currently using two DP 415 dimmer packs and only one will register that it is DMX ready. I have tried seeing if separate power sources would help, different channels, but still, only one side. Im at a loss on what to do. These pack are linked between LED 64s and all my LEDS work, but not this second pack, which is brand new and i tested it before installing. It worked, but as soon as I linked it up, no DMX light blinking. If there is something I need to do please let me Know. ASAP!!! I have a commercial we are shooting This saturday and i can not only have one side of stage lit.

I did both of your suggestions. I tested it before I put it up in our truss. It worked fine. Im wondering if maybe I have a bad cable that is just pushing enough signal to the LEDs and not the dimmer. Thats a lot of cables i will have to check if it if. But thank you for the suggestions. If there are any other ideas, please feel free to tell before i start going cabel by cable.
How long is your cable run? If it is over 100 feet you might need a splitter/booster like our opto branch 4. Reason for this is, the cue cable is getting power from a USB port. It just isn't the same as a console plugged into a 120 volt wall outlet. Your dmx signal could be getting weak.
This is amplified if you use mic cable instead of dmx also.
Sincerely,
