Hello, I have had on going issues with my mover. Randomly at power up I will get a gobo rotation error. A "reset all" of the unit will perform three times and it will not work at all. I have to repeat this process over and over and most of the times I cannot use it for my event. Randomly, if I'm lucky it will start working again. I've tried reset gobo option and reset others option also. The gobos keep automatically scrolling. This unit has been sent for official repair and arrived working fine and the issue resurfaced about a month later.
Anything I can do to diagnose or fix myself?
