problem with usb cable

Hi to all

I have purchase an emulation cue cable about 11 months ago. Since last week suddenly the cable does not working. The program does not recognize the cable and the xlr plug gets hot. I run the emulation on a macbook and i already tried the cue cable to a pc with winxp and the problem still exist.

Do you have any suggestions?

the best thing i can recommend you to do is to send it in. i have never heard of the XLR getting hot. there might be a short in the pcb. if you want to send it in for repair contact me and i will issue you an RA.

I'm sorry did not realize you are in Greece. i do recommend you send it in for repair but you would have to contact elation Europe. they should be able to help you out with the repairs.
