1)I was looking into upgrading to a Magic 260 from Chauvet Obey 70. My biggest question is it possible to do multiple scenes at once.

Example. Say I have washes set under one scene with no other fixtures. I have the scanners set another scene with no other fixtures. Is it possible to select both those scenes at once and combine the 2 scenes.
I know i could program that out as one scene. But was seeing if it is possible to do this.

2) Say i have a scene set up Wash green, spots amber and blue. Is it possible to change to keep fixture changes within a current scene. My current controller if i make a change in the fixture of the current scene it will go back to original scene setting when i deselect fixture.
Example change wash from green to blue deselect fixture(wash stays blue) and then set spots to strobe.

Thanks

As Joel said, "Scenes" are static, i.e., no changes to a Scene can occur to it unless you are editing the scene - not handy when you are doing a gig. If you edit a Scene and don't save the edits, it will go back to the saved conditions the next time you call it up. [Sounds like that is what is happening with your Obey.]

You could do what you are trying to do by having one Scene with your starting setting and another Scene with the other setting you want. You would go back and forth between the two scenes by pushing the Scene buttons. With the 1152 Scene capacity of the M260, you are not apt to run out of options.

You could automate going back and forth from Scene to Scene with the M260 has "Shows."
