I recently started up my Magic 260, only to have it flash at me. After that I cannot set any fixtures - in fact there are no fixtures to choose from. Can I use the UNLINK cable to "restore" the Magic 260? Where can I purchase a ULINK Cable? Kind regards, David

Good morning. I am attempting to download and install my ULink. I have followed the instructions in User Guide Rev 1.2, and i get a message saying that the installation was successful. However when I try to access the ULink from within the MAgic260 app, I get a message that the file ft8u245.dll cannot be found. I am attempting the installation on a Windows 10 PC
